Keenan Able Property Services is a growing, dynamic construction business offering Design, Build and Maintenance services to the South Lakeland area of Cumbria and beyond.
We aim to offer this level of excellence to the whole of Cumbria by 2030
Since setting up the business in 2008, Keenan Able have a proven track record in residential, commercial and hospitality sectors having worked on a range of projects in Paris, London, Nottingham and now Cumbria.

Keenan Able offer a turn-key solution, and guide clients through a project from the concept designs to the completed building works.
In addition to budget management Keenan Able offer planning application and building control drawing services.
